I have been eyeing this Medallion background stamp for months... it's so simple, so elegant so and incredibly versatile- think Christmas, Birthdays, Weddings, Thinking of you, Get Well, Love...Techniques: Embossing & Sponging
I stamped the medallion with versamark ink on whisper white paper. Then I sprinkled on clear embossing powder and tapped off the excess. Using my heat gun, melted the powder until it shined (That's embossing in a nutshell).
I then used a sponge with Pale Plum ink around the middle portion of the medallion. Another sponge with rich Razzleberry ink in the center and around the edges of the medallion finished that layer.
It's mounted on Rich Razzleberry paper with the Merry Christmas sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamped on a word window (punch) and layered on the modern label punch. A small piece of pale plum cardstock edged with the scallop punch finshes the card. Like it? Book a workshop or custom class and make it for free! Contact me for details!
